You may receive these or similar service, based on client request. Generally includes: Check roof for exterior damage. Check generator function. Scan Engine computer for trouble codes, or previous problems. Verify smog test completed within 90 days, check CA 8 year smog test history for failures. Undercarriage visual inspection of major mechanical components such as suspension, steering and visual check of braking parts that can be seen with wheels on. Exterior light check. Check tires.
"Standard" New owner evaluation and inspection

All of the above plus the following: Review previous owner maintenance and repair records. Check all appliances for function. Check all interior lights and accessories. Check slide out function. Check levelling system function. Check all air conditioning systems, furnace etc for proper function. Check propane appliance function. Prepare maintenance plan for generator, drive train and other mechanical systems. Check fresh water pump and plumbing fixtures.

We are very familiar with Monaco, Newmar, Tiffin, Prevost and other luxury brands. These large and specially equipped RV's have more complicated systems than other more basic coaches. We offer pre-purchase evaluations, buying service and delivery in CA, NV and AZ.
